Malmesbury – the ‘Queen of Hilltop Towns’ – is packed with history, sights and stories. You’ll find saints, kings, flying monks, battles, rogues, heroes and heroines, and tigers, around every corner.
JUNE WALKS (THURSDAYS)
All Thursday walks are 2:30pm to 4:00pm
Tickets and more information also available from the Town and Tourist Information Centre at Malmesbury Town Hall (T: 01666822143) or turn up. (Pre-booking is advisable to avoid disappointment). £7.00 Adults and £3.50 children. All Guided Walks Around Malmesbury start at Malmesbury Town Hall unless otherwise stated.

MALMESBURY
MALMESBURY is a vibrant, market town, steeped in history going back to medieval times. Currently home to many famous & popular musical, cultural, and festival events throughout the year, visitors can browse the charming streets with independent retailers, or stop at one of the lively cafes, restaurants, pubs, and bars.
Attractions to visit include the stunning 12th century Malmesbury Abbey, 15th century Market Cross and the Athelstan Museum with a painting of Malmesbury Abbey by JMW Turner. There are also lovely walks along the River Avon.
