Tom Winch - Former Mayor of Malmesbury

Tom Winch sadly passed away last week in Athelstan House.

Tom was a long standing Councillor of Malmesbury Town Council and was Mayor of Malmesbury in 1977. He and his wife Jane were members of the Twinning Society and both had a deep interest in the history of Malmesbury.
