Once a month the Town Hall plays host to the Malmesbury Craft Fayre, a fabulous event at which you will be able to purchase hand-made jewellery, cards, hand sewn household items, pyrography, paintings, painted glass/procelain, knitted items, preserves, cakes, photography, carvings, encaustic art, craft supplies and more.
All of the arts and crafts on display are created by local crafts people from the surrounding area, Malmesbury, Wootton Bassett, Tockenham, Lyneham and Swindon.
We always try to limit the type of craft to two of a kind so as to ensure that visitors are treated to a bigger selection of crafts.
The Craft Fayre is held on the fourth Saturday of each month. Future dates include:
- 27th March 2010 from 11am to 3pm
- 24th April 2010 from 11am to 3pm
- 22nd May 2010 from 11am to 4pm
- 26th June 2010 from 11am to 4pm
- 24th July 2010 from 11am to 4pm
- 28th August 2010 from 11am to 4pm
- 25th September 2010 from 11am to 3pm
- 23rd October 2010 from 11am to 3pm
- 27th November 2010 from 11am to 3pm
- 11th December 2010 from 11am to 3pm
Additional summer dates may be added if we are feeling particularly crafty!
