- Managing stock and supplies within the Tourist Information Centre (TIC)
- Identifying and sourcing appropriate items to stock within the TIC
- Selling items from the TIC to members of the public
- Liaising with local tourist destinations and businesses
- Promoting Malmesbury to other TICs
